With Design Research we look for data that allows us to make better decisions.
We have seen it a thousand times: what the business decides isn't always what people need. But we also know better than to just listen to customers wishes. Our years in the field have shown that great design opportunities emerge by blending a strong grasp of business goals with a deep undestanding of unmet user needs.
We pay special attention to planning and defining each one of our projects so we can do excellent discovery and validate our hypotheses using quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
